560 FGS Hard Surfacing Video

560 FGS Hard Surfacing Demo

It saves so much time and effort to use a premium, high-quality, hard surfacing wire to strengthen your heavy-duty equipment where it suffers from high abrasion rather than to re-order new parts. Watch as we demonstrate our number-one selling hardfacing wire.

Superior Gas Shielded Flux Cored Wire For Slight Impact And High Abrasion

This contains a high-quality alloy to strengthen parts subject to severe abrasion, such as screw conveyors, augers, buckets, bucket teeth, ripper teeth, tamper feet, and pump impellers.

Use the grinding method or remove fatigued metal using the EAGLE 188. Use DC Reverse [+] Polarity, then apply the lowest effective amperage while maintaining a 1/2–3/4" stick-out length, making either stringer beads or weave beads, with a maximum of two layers of weld deposit.

Eagle 560 FGS is an all-position chromium carbide hardfacing wire that has a high resistance to abrasion.
