A Premium Copper-Coated electrode for gouging and cutting metals such as aluminum, cast iron, Carbon steel, copper, stainless steel and nickel alloys.

Use DC Reverse [+] Polarity. The air carbon arc process involves striking an arc between the metal work piece and the gouging electrode. Direct the air stream at the arc so that it will effectively blow the molten metal away from the weld zone.

The EAGLE COPPER COATED GOUGING CARBONS are designed with a high density and uniform properties that will produce excellent arc stability and slag free gouges.
