APPLICATIONS APPLICATIONS

Recommended for applications where high quality welds are necessary. Due to its high deoxidizer content, bead appearance and low spatter results are obtained by using this wire. For welding and build-up on mild steels.

PROCEDURE PROCEDURE

Use DC Reverse [+] Polarity. Use the grinding method or remove fatigued metal using the EAGLE 188. Use lowest effective amperage while maintaining a 1/2 - 3/4 inch stick out length. Use the stringer bead technique for maximum strength.
