APPLICATIONS APPLICATIONS

High quality alloy for build-up and as an underlay on low, medium and high carbon steels. This wire can be used for rebuilding hard bars, idlers, pins, sprockets, rollers, rail ends, ditcher segments and ditcher rails.

PROCEDURE PROCEDURE

Use DC Reverse [+] Polarity. Use the grinding method or remove fatigued metal using the Eagle 188. Use lowest effective amperage while maintaining a 1/2 - 5/8 " stick out length making either stringer beads or weave beads.
